Once she got him on board to move out and let me make the needed repairs, we put on the market. She also recommended the best vendors. She recommended Lupita’s House Cleaning, a drywall worker and a professional to take unneeded things to the dump. They were all exceptional and I was pleased as punch. Offer made and accepted in 12 days! Marguerite also did all of this while breaking her ankle in three places AND recovering from vocal nodules /vocal rest. I have known and worked with Marguerite since 1999, buying and/or selling three different homes and she has been with me ever since, always there to answer any questions I have or refer me to other professionals that I may need outside of the real estate arena. She is kind, caring, responsive and not to mention very funny. She displays the utmost integrity in a profession that can be for some, all about the money and the deal, not so with Marguerite, if she tells you something you can believe it, if she says something will happen, it will and if she says she will take care of something she does.
