Whether you’re a runner, jogger, or just looking for a fun way to start your day, the Turkey Trot welcomes all ages and abilities. This blog post will give you all the information you need to register for the event and enjoy it fully!
The Roseville Turkey Trot is an event for everyone. From families to avid runners, the Turkey Trot offers 5K and 10K options, so you can choose what’s best for you. With prices starting at $25.00 for participants 14 years and under and $35 for the 10K, register early to secure the best pricing.
Registering for the race online is the most convenient and efficient way to secure your spot in the competition. With just a few clicks on your computer or mobile device, you can enter your information, select your race and category, and pay the registration fee. However, to ensure you receive a race shirt, it’s best to register before October 23, 2022. Late registrants may miss out on the chance to receive this coveted item. Plus, registering late incurs an extra fee. So, if you plan to participate in the race, register on time at the address provided to avoid any inconvenience.
On the event day, the 10K race will start at 9:00 a.m., and the 5K race will begin at 9:05 a.m. Both races will finish by 11:00 a.m. But before the race begins, participants can contribute to Saint Vincent de Paul’s Food Locker program by donating non-perishable food items. There will be a packet pickup at Mahany Fitness Center on Tuesday, November 21, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5–8 p.m. and Wednesday, November 22, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
All adult participants will receive a Unisex Port & Company long-sleeve performance blend race shirt. In contrast, youth participants will receive a 100% cotton shirt—participants who register late or after the deadline are not guaranteed a shirt and size.
The course starts and ends at Vernon Street Town Square in Downtown Roseville. The course offers a pleasant view for participants as they run or jog through the Roseville neighborhoods. There will also be water and refreshment stations along the course.
