Celebrating RUSD Student Success: Two Graduates Pursuing Unique Paths.

RUSD students Jacqueline Casavonova and Noah Heitman embody hard work and success, achieving incredible strides despite numerous unique circumstances. This May, the Roseville community celebrates their achievements as the two head off to pursue very different interests. Jacqueline will be heading towards a BA in Psychology and has future plans to assist at-risk youth while Noah continuing his education at USC and is on track to serve as an officer in the Navy.

Celebrating Student Accomplishments

Roseville, Calif- RUSD is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of its students as the school year draws to a close. RUSD educators and staff have worked hard to ensure that students receive a quality education and are equipped for success in the future. This May, RUSD takes special pride in two of its graduating students who are heading off to pursue unique, diverse paths. These students exemplify the spirit of RUSD, highlighting the value of education and the commitment of teachers and staff.

Jacqueline Casanova: A Remarkable Example of Success

Jacqueline Casanova is a remarkable example of success in the face of adversity. At a young age she entered foster care, became a teen mother, and was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder – yet Jacqueline persevered and achieved incredible results. She earned her high school diploma, is now working towards a BA in Psychology, and has aspirations of helping at-risk youth and their families. Jacqueline is an inspiration to all who come across her story, showing that hard work and dedication can pay off in the long run. Placer County Fair in Roseville, proudly home to this heroic student success story, is the perfect place for summer fun!

Noah Heitman’s Accomplishments

Noah Heitman is a standout student at Woodcreek High School. He has excelled academically and has been involved in several extracurricular activities, such as being a student-athlete, a lifeguard, and a swim instructor. He also has a deep appreciation for diverse cultures.

Heitman’s Future Plans

Noah Heitman has big plans for the future. He is currently attending the University of Southern California on a prestigious $200,000 Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship. After completing his studies, he intends to serve as an officer in the United States Navy. This is an impressive feat for someone who started out at Woodcreek High School.

Noah Heitman was recognized for his accomplishments at Woodcreek High School. His academic achievements, combined with his extracurriculars like being a student-athlete, a lifeguard, and a swim instructor, have been further supplemented by his understanding and appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds. Aspiring to a career in international diplomacy, Heitman is continuing his education at the University of Southern California via a prestigious $200,000 Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship and later plans to serve as an officer in the United States Navy.
